One of the cocktails on our new menu is the Minerva, a twist on the classic Tom Collins cocktail that is perfect for summertime sipping. To make our version, we are using Crocodile gin, Amalfi lemon, and a homemade lacto-fermented Mirabelle plum. We are also garnishing the cocktail with a slice of cucumber, which adds a bright and refreshing touch.
