Chef Theo Randall blends the best seasonal ingredients with hand-picked Italian imports to create rustic fare unique to the dishes served at eateries across Italian coastal towns.

A selection of antipasti features mouth-watering bites such as our salumi misti – a selection of artisan salami with pickled agrodolce vegetables and tapenade crostini.

Summery main courses include pollo fritto – Venetian-style fried chicken with crispy potatoes, aioli and mixed leaves, Italian classics and Sicilian-style pizza al taglio with a choice of margherita, piccante salami or prosciutto crudo.
