Cookery Classes 2012

Theo Randall is hosting cookery classes on Saturdays from 9.30 - approx 15.00

The aim for the morning is for you to share some of Theo’s knowledge and passion for utilizing highly seasonal ingredients.

He will explain the importance of sourcing high quality ingredients and how to create your dishes to bring out the natural flavors.

The subject covered are: Antipasti, Fish, Meat and Pasta and Risotto.

The cost is £200.00 per person. This includes the class in the morning, wine tasting with our Head Sommelier, a three-course lunch with wine to follow and Theo’s first cookbook “Pasta”.

Classes are available upon requests and subject to availability.

At present, the confirmed dates and subjects are the following:

• Saturday 17th March - Pasta and Risotto

• Saturday 28th April - Meat
