Theo Randall will be hosting cookery classes on the first Saturday of the month from 9.30am – approx 3.00pm

Each month’s class will be based on a particular subject.
The aim for the morning is for you to share some of Theo’s knowledge and passion for utilising highly seasonal ingredients. Theo will explain the importance of sourcing high quality ingredients and how to create your dishes to bring out the natural flavours.

The cost is £150, this includes lunch with wine to follow at around 1.00pm.

At booking stage we will require a credit card number that will be used as a guarantee.
